Shipping Methods and Carriers

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time.

Delivery Areas: We currently deliver only within Greater Cairo and Alexandria to ensure the safe delivery of your items and avoid damage during transit. We do not deliver outside these areas at this time.

Shipping Fees

Cairo and Giza: EGP 100.

Alexandria: EGP 120.

Same-Day Delivery (Cairo and Giza only): EGP 150.

International Shipping

International shipping is not available at this time.

Delays or Issues with Shipping

While we strive to deliver your orders on time, unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, or other issues may cause delays.

If there is a problem with your package, please allow us 3 to 5 working days to send a replacement.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delivery delays.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability.

For same-day delivery, please place your order before 1pm in the day to ensure timely processing.
