At Knana, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our exchange and return policies below:
Refund Policy
Customers are allowed to inspect their package upon delivery while the courier is present.However, partial returns are not permitted. This means the customer must either accept or refuse the full order in its entirety.
Once the courier leaves, refunds are no longer permitted unless done at the store.
Please note: If the customer does not approve the package, they will not be required to pay any delivery fees.
Exchange Policy
Customers may exchange their orders within 14 days from the date of receiving the package.
Items must be in their original condition and unused.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Please note: Knana is not responsible for exchange shipping fees.
Damaged or Broken Items
If you receive a damaged or broken item, please notify us immediately.
Customers must inform us via email at info@knana-eg.com on the same day of delivery, including clear pictures of the damaged item.
Once verified, the item will be replaced automatically at no additional cost.
