We are two sisters, shaped by our birth and upbringing in Egypt, a country with a rich, pluralistic history. Egypt’s legacy has played a key role in global civilization’s development, with countless figures contributing to what we know as history today. Like you, we take pride in our representation. KNANA was created to embody our admiration and honor for our culture, and we feel privileged to share its fragments through it.

Our inspiration mirrors the Egyptian artistic evolution which was influenced by a myriad of European, African and Arab cultures over time whether through trade or war.
